  • OVERVIEW: State of the art flueless gas fire with natural stone polished black granite fascia

The Grand Granite wall mounted flueless gas fire has been designed to introduce the finest natural stone materials. The high-end aesthetic equally suits a contemporary, modern, traditional or classic interior decor. The innovative polished black granite stone frame is manufactured using a clever aluminium honeycomb subframe. This process not only helps to increase the manufacturing precision but also helps to reduce the weight so that it can be wall mounted. Behind its luxurious natural aesthetic is the innovative flueless technology which delivers the ultimate in efficiency, significantly reducing the running cost while ensuring that it is one of the safest gas fire technologies in the world. The Grand has a powerful heat output and is designed for a minimum room size of 30m³ (typically 3.54m x 3.54m with a 2.4m high ceiling).

Flueless gas fires offer the following benefits: Reduced running costs, simplified installation and servicing. Incorporating the latest in gas fire technology flueless gas fires do not need a chimney or flue to operate. Instead the combustion gases pass through a catalytic system positioned at the top of the appliance which converts carbon monoxide into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapour. Levels of which are so low they are typically present in fresh air. Our innovative technology provides a flexible design allowing you to install a fire not only in the living room but also dining room, office, or kitchen. Not suitable for bedrooms or bathrooms.

The only points to consider when installing a flueless gas appliance are a minimum room size (see individual product specification), an accessible 8mm gas supply and the allowance of a 100cm² air vent to be installed in the room. TVs are not permitted to be installed above a flueless gas fire as a majority of the heat generated by the fire comes out of the top.

This Grand is available in Manual control (Rotary) positioned on the right hand side of the fire for easy accessibility. There is no requirement for mains power supply or battery for ignition. To operate, simply depress the control knob, hold and rotate clockwise through two clicks and and release to achieve low setting. Continue rotating clockwise to reach the high setting.
