| STANDARD UK | We aim to deliver up to 5 working days from order for fires and stoves. Please expect up to 14 working days for fireplaces as these items may be delivered on a pallet. |
| NEXT DAY UK | We are able to deliver the next working day for stock items ordered before 12 noon. Please phone to confirm. |
| NON UK / EUROPE | Deliveries to Non UK Mainland and Europe can take up to 7 working days. |
