Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Superior Fires Ltd of Avon Trading Park, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 2BT ("we" and "us") to the customer ("you") and constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto.
All orders placed by you are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
Product Specifications and Suitability
Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an item.
We advise that all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction. Superior Fires Ltd cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part.
Availability/Estimated Delivery Time
We do our best to ensure availability of all products shown on the website and endeavour to despatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.
Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment must be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates (shown when checking out). It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.
Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as swiftly as possible. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider.
All UK orders will be delivered using DPD.
International orders will be despatched via City Link or Royal Mail Airsure.
For deliveries to qualify for the Urgent 24 Hour Priority service your order must be placed before 12.00pm, otherwise we cannot guarantee the safe despatch of your goods.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched, simply follow the details from our cancellation and returns policy.
**PLEASE READ THIS CLAUSE**
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 14 days of delivery, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption; neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
This does not affect your statutory rights if you are a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Goods are intended for use in the UK only and we cannot confirm that the goods comply with any laws, regulations or other standards applicable outside the UK, without prior warning or notification. All goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and are subject to any qualifications, representations or instructions contained in the documentation associated with the goods.

Superior Fires Ltd is considerate of the environment and is regulated under ISO EN 14001:2004, so please bear in mind the impacts when printing pages or emails from our company.

We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation.
Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from Superior Fires Ltd.
Superior Fires Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best service possible. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

Credit/Debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We will not transfer or sell your information.
