At Superior Fires we understand that choosing the correct fire can be a sometimes daunting and difficult task. You may well have a particular fire or design in mind however, before purchasing you would prefer to be reassured that you have selected the right fire and that it is compatible with your existing flue or chimney specification.

At Superior Fires we have a network of Gas Safe registered installers and engineers, approved by us, to provide a complete customer service for all your gas and electric fire heating needs: home survey, advice, quotation and installation. They will also be happy to provide servicing of your appliance to keep your fire covered by our guarantee.

Home Survey

One of our approved installers/fitters will visit your home and advise you on the suitability of the product that you have chosen and check the type and condition of your flue. This can save you time and expense because not all fires can be installed in all flue and chimney types. During the survey we also undertake a free gas safety check, to ensure that there are no hold ups on the day of installation.

Our installer will give you totally unbiased advice on our products and will be able to give you a final price for the installation. If you require any decoration work e.g. painting, plastering this should be discussed with your fitter. The price quoted is the price you will pay, there are no hidden extras. The cost of installation is paid direct to the fitter upon satisfactory completion of the job. It's that simple. Please note: We cannot be held liable for any installation work carried out by the fitter. This is a contractual agreement between yourself and the fitter.

Fill in your details and a member of our Continuous Care Team will contact you the next working day to arrange a convenient date for your home survey. The cost of the home survey is £30 which is payable online at the checkout. If you proceed with installation your £30 will be refunded by our approved installer.

You are under no obligation to proceed with the purchase and installation if after the home survey you are not completely convinced that a Superior fire will create a stunning focal point to your room. Unfortunately your £30 will not be refunded if you do not proceed with the installation by our approved installer.
