Servicing & Repairs

As a proud owner of a Superior Fires product, we understand that you want to look after it. To get the most out of your Superior fire and and to conform to the conditions of our guarantee we stipulate that all gas fires must be serviced annually. We recommend that you use the Gas Safe registered installer who fitted your fire. Alternatively, you can find a Gas Safe Registered business by visiting www.gassaferegister.co.uk or calling 0800 408 5500 and select option 1.

Servicing Information

What does an annual service entail?

  • Dismantling, cleaning each individual component and re-assembling the fire
  • Re-painting the ceramics and firebox
  • Thorough safety checks and tests
  • Completion of appliance logbook
  • Your fire left as good as new

Repairs

For peace of mind, Superior Fires are sold with a 3/5 year guarantee*.  This means that your fire is covered for any failure caused by a manufacturing defect during the warranty period.  Repairs are carried out by our national network of qualified, Gas Safe registered engineers, using genuine Superior Fires parts.

*5 year guarantee is only applicable for premium models

In-warranty repairs

To make a warranty claim please forward the following to us:

  • Your name
  • Your full address or where the fire is installed
  • Your contact number(s)
  • The Gas Safe registration number of the installer
  • A copy of your proof of purchase
  • A copy of the annual service receipt (if over 12 months old)
  • The symptoms of the fault
