Delivery - Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from Superior Fires. Use of the Superior Fires website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time, be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.

Orders are processed on Mondays - Fridays only.

We will make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.

We will do our very best to dispatch orders placed before 12.00pm (GMT) for delivery the next working day

During busy periods and bank holidays and public holidays your order may be processed up to 72 hours after you place it.

During seasonal times, we unfortunately may not be able to offer a next working day.
What delivery method does Superior Fires use?
We use various next day couriers for our UK deliveries. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day for most of the UK mainland.
Delivering to your address
Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed.
How our delivery process works
1. Orders placed online or by telephone, before 12.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed and booked for despatch the next working day. Orders received after 12.00pm on Friday will be processed on Monday and despatched on Tuesday. This applies to stock items only; therefore please contact Superior Fires for confirmation. We do not advise that you book an engineer until your fire has been delivered.
Please Note: If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland extra delivery charges may apply and times may be extended. Please contact us for details.

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday only.

In order to help us deliver your package as quickly and efficiently as possible, please provide the recipient’s mobile number.

Refunds do not apply in the following circumstances;

If delivery was attempted but the recipient was not home

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete

If the delivery is left at the front door and not signed for at your request

If delivery was delayed due to inclement weather or strikes

In other extraordinary circumstances.

Please note we cannot accept delivery to PO Box addresses and recipient telephone numbers must be provided with each order.

Please note that postal options are at customer's own risk.

All prices include fuel surcharge, superiorfires.co.uk reserves the right to alter its shipping prices at any time in line with increases in fuel charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Superior Fires cannot be held responsible for delays in the receipt of an order due to bad weather, customs clearance, customs inspection or any other customs regulation.

The recipient shall be liable for any taxes and or duties applicable upon delivery.

Superior Fires will not accept responsibility for late delivery of orders placed after notified dates and times.

Superior Fires reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the www.superiorfires.co.uk website.
