Delivery & Order Process

The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from Superior Fires. Use of the Superior Fires website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time, be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.
 
How our order and delivery process works:
  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12.00pm, will be processed the same day.
  • When your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you an Order Update email (normally sent between 3-5pm on the day of dispatch). This will provide you with your unique Parcel Consignment Number and will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel via www.city-link.co.uk
  • Please allow up to 2-3 working days for delivery. Delivery is planned between 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday for UK mainland only.
  • We advise that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel. Failed deliveries will unfortunately incur a delivery surcharge. We therefore recommmend that you track your order via www.city-link.co.uk
  • Express delivery options are available at an additional cost i.e before 9:00, 10:30, 12:00 the next day (UK mainland only), Northern Ireland, Republic Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands (2-3 working days).
  • During seasonal times we experience high levels of demand for our products. Please be advised delivery can take approx. 3-5 working days during these times. 
  • We do not advise that you book a Gas Safe registered fitter until your fire has been delivered.

Delivering to your address
Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect the item once an order has been processed.
 
Check your item on delivery
When your item is delivered you must check the contents in the box. If delivered on a pallet, in the presence of the driver. Signing your name or signing unchecked indicates you are happy with its delivery condition. If there are any delivery issues, you must write them on the delivery paperwork for insurance purposes.
 
In the unlikely event of delivery damage, you cannot claim if you have not written it on the delivery paperwork. Any damages or shortages have to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
 
Extra charges
If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland extra delivery charges may apply and times may be extended. Please see our Delivery Options page.

 

Delivery

  • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday only.
  • In order to help us deliver your package as quickly and efficiently as possible, please provide your email address & mobile number.
  • Refunds do not apply in the following circumstances;
    • If delivery was attempted but the recipient was not home
    • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete
    • If the delivery is left at the front door and not signed for at your request
    • If delivery was delayed due to inclement weather or strikes
    • In other extraordinary circumstances.
  • Please note we cannot accept delivery to PO Box addresses and recipient telephone numbers must be provided with each order.
  • Please note that postal options are at customer's own risk.
  • All prices include fuel surcharge, superiorfires.co.uk reserves the right to alter its shipping prices at any time in line with increases in fuel charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Superior Fires cannot be held responsible for delays in the receipt of an order due to bad weather, customs clearance, customs inspection or any other customs regulation.
  • The recipient shall be liable for any taxes and or duties applicable upon delivery.
  • Superior Fires will not accept responsibility for late delivery of orders placed after notified dates and times.
  • Superior Fires reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the www.superiorfires.co.uk website.
