Flueless inset gas fires only require a natural gas supply and the ability to run an 8mm gas pipe to the fire installation point. This means they can be installed in pretty much every room except your bathroom. All you have to do is make sure your room meets the minimum size requirements (you’ll see this listed by the individual fires below).
How do flueless gas fires work?
Instead of the gases from your fire passing through a flue or chimney, these combustion gases pass through what is called a catalytic converter which is situated on the top of your fire. This changes carbon monoxide gases into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapour.
Your catalytic converter will also work to purify your air in other ways - meaning it can help with household allergies.

Installation of your gas inset flueless fire
All gas fires MUST be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
We work with a network of experienced Gas Safe installers and engineers who are experienced in fitting all kinds of fires; and we recommend the use of their services.
